1. Consultation & Services
- All doctor consultations and services are non-refundable once completed.
- If appointment is cancelled before scheduled time, refund may be considered.
- No refund will be provided for missed appointments (No Show).
2. Appointment Cancellation
- Cancellation must be requested before appointment time.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
3. Digital Payments / App Purchases
- Payments made via app or online are subject to platform policies.
- Refund requests must be raised within allowed time period.
- After that, refund depends on internal review.
4. Products (If Applicable)
- Return allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be credited to original payment method.
