DR HAIR CLINIC (“Clinic”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing quality services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Consultation & Services

  • All doctor consultations and services are non-refundable once completed.
  • If appointment is cancelled before scheduled time, refund may be considered.
  • No refund will be provided for missed appointments (No Show).

2. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be requested before appointment time.
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

3. Digital Payments / App Purchases

  • Payments made via app or online are subject to platform policies.
  • Refund requests must be raised within allowed time period.
  • After that, refund depends on internal review.

4. Products (If Applicable)

  • Return allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed services
  • Used products
  • Missed appointments
  • Change of mind

7. Policy Updates

DR HAIR CLINIC may update this policy at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
