🧾 Eligibility Criteria
You may apply for the DR HAIR Confidence Guarantee only if all conditions below are met:

Complete Treatment Compliance
You have purchased and completed the entire treatment plan prescribed by DR HAIR
doctors.
All medicines and procedures were taken within the recommended timeline.

Treatment Duration Adherence
If your evaluation period is 5 months, the complete protocol must be finished within a
maximum
of 6 months, indicating consistent usage.

Clinical Progress Documentation
Minimum 3–4 clear scalp photographs must be submitted at different treatment stages.
Images must be unedited, unshaved, and clinically usable.

Follow-Up Compliance
You must attend at least 3 clinical follow-ups or consultations
(in-person / video / telephonic) as advised.

Timely Refund Request
Refund application must be submitted within 30 days of completing the final prescribed
treatment cycle.

Female Patients – Special Clause
Applicable only to female patients diagnosed with moderate or advanced pattern hair
thinning.
Submission of at least 3 progress images during treatment is mandatory.

Patients with certain medical, hormonal, nutritional, autoimmune, genetic, or systemic
conditions — whether pre-existing or developed during treatment — may be excluded from
this policy.
A detailed list of such conditions must be reviewed prior to applying.
📩 How to Apply for Refund

Submit a written request to DR HAIR CLINIC support desk along with:
- Patient name
- Registration / invoice number
- Completion date of treatment

OR raise a request directly at the clinic or through the official DR HAIR communication
channel provided at the time of treatment.
🔍 Refund Evaluation Process
- All refund requests are reviewed for eligibility compliance
- Eligible cases are evaluated by an internal medical review committee
- Clinical assessment, image comparison, and treatment adherence are reviewed
- The decision of the review panel shall be final and binding
⏳ Scope of This Guarantee
This policy applies only to outcomes observed within the defined evaluation period and does
not
cover future progression, maintenance failure, or recurrence of hair loss.

- Treatment package value only
- Excludes registration or consultation fees
- Excludes diagnostic investigations
- Excludes consumables or procedures already administered
- Excludes any third-party or external costs
This policy does not constitute a medical guarantee or assurance of cure.
DR HAIR CLINIC reserves the right to modify or withdraw this policy without prior notice.
